Structure:
General
conference:
The
general assembly for the WICS, convenes every four years
and comprises around 400 Islamic organizations,
institutions and bodies covering all continents, as
members. It puts down broadline work strategies and
chooses 36 of its members to form the world council for
Islamic call.
World
council for Islamic call (WCIC)
It
convenes annually to change strategies into detailed
work plans, set tools and methods of carrying them out.
Sessions of the council has been hosted by many
countries, Senegal, Sri Lanka, Libya and Malaysia. This
year's conference is the 14th,
hosted by Tripoli.
Executive
committee of the WCIC:
It
comprises five members, picked by the WCIC from among
its own members. It convenes every four years to
supervise the programs confirmed by the council.
