Originally, it is forbidden for a Muslim to have haram money. He has to repent to Allah and to return it back to its right owners. It is also not permissible to use it for Hajj.
In his response to your question, Dr. Muzammil H. Siddiqi, current President of the Fiqh Council of North America, states:
The hadith of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) says that "Allah is good and He accepts only good things" (Muslim).
It is forbidden to have haram money and it is also not permissible to use haram money for Hajj. Those who go to Hajj should make sure that their earnings are lawful and acceptable to Allah Almighty.
Allah Almighty knows best.
