Brother in Islam, thanks for forwarding this question to us and we implore Almighty Allah to make our efforts come up to your expectation and may Allah bless your efforts in pursuit of knowledge!
In response to your question, Sheikh Faysal Mawlawi, Deputy Chairman of the European Council for Fatwa and Research, states:
"We’d like to make it clear that our conflict with the Jews does not necessarily represent a conflict with Judaism. However, we have a firm belief that this religion (Judaism) has undergone a wide process of corruption through the ages. This is based on the biography of our Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who told us that Judaism has been corrupted and the teachings of Moses have been altered.
We are now in a war against the Israelites who have occupied our lands and profaned the Sanctuaries. In addition, as we display forms of resistance to the occupying force, we are also bent on facing all those who provide help and support for the occupier. However, we should strike a balance between the harms and the benefits in this regard.
According to international treaties and accords, it is not permissible to violate the interests of any country. If the leadership of the Islamic resistance in Palestine sees it more befitting for Muslims to confine their struggle to Palestine, then the battle should be restricted to Palestine only. However, in case the leaders of the Islamic resistance in Palestine see that the benefit of Palestinians dictates attacking the interests of the States and Israel outside the Palestinian territories, then we can see to what extent is this legitimate according to international conventions."
