Dear questioner, we would like to thank you for the great confidence you place in us, and we implore Allah, the Almighty to help us serve His cause and render our work for His Sake alone.
There is nothing wrong in removing the ihram attire after performing Tawaf Al-Ifadah and shaving the head or clipping some hair of it. If a pilgrim takes off the ihram attire before performing these two things and puts on his regular clothes or wears perfume, he has to offer a sacrificial animal.
In this regard, Dr. `Abdullah Al-Faqih, Supervisor of Fatwa Center at Islamicweb.com, states:
If you took off the ihram attire after performing Tawaf Al-Ifadah and shaving the head or clipping some hair of it, then there is nothing wrong in doing so. This is called the first removal of ihram. The first removal takes place when a pilgrim does two out of the three things to be done on the Day of Sacrifice. (The third thing to be done that day is throwing the pebbles at the pillar.) After the first removal, a pilgrim is released from some of the restrictions of the state of ihram. He may wear perfume and put on regular clothes, but he is still prohibited from having sexual intercourse with his wife.
The second removal of the state of ihram takes place after performing the three things that must be done on the Day of Sacrifice, i.e. performing Tawaf Al-Ifadah, shaving the head or clipping some hair of it, and throwing the pebbles at the pillar, and then everything becomes permissible for the pilgrim.
However, if you took off the ihram attire before performing two things and put on your regular clothes or wore perfume, you have to offer a sacrificial animal. If you had sexual intercourse with your wife, then your Hajj is void and you have to do the following: (1) complete this invalid Hajj; (2) offer a sacrificial animal; and (3) perform Hajj again next year.
