As-salamu `alykum, I recently lost my father and I am planning to go to perform `Umrah in the month of Ramadan this year, insha' Allah. My question is: Can I perform `Umrah on behalf of my dead parents and myself in a single visit?

Regarding your question, it is allowed for you to perform `Umrah on behalf of your father or any other Muslim. However, if you want to perform `Umrah on behalf of your parents and yourself in a single visit, then you have to perform `Umrah for yourself first, and you have to make Tahleel (removing the ihram attire) after every `Umrah you make it for yourself or on behalf of others by shaving or clipping the hair and then going to Wadi At-Tan`eem to perform ihram from the beginning.
So, if you want to make `Umrah for three persons, you should do it this way.
