Answer

Wa`alykum as-salaamu wa rahmatullahi wa barakaatuh.

In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.

All praise and thanks are due to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon His Messenger.

Dear brother in Islam, we would like to thank you for showing keenness on knowing the teachings of Islam, and we appreciate the great confidence you have in us. We hope our efforts meet your expectations.

Regarding your question, it
is allowed for you to perform `Umrah on behalf of your father or any other Muslim. However, if you want to perform `Umrah on behalf of your parents and yourself in a single visit, then you have to perform `Umrah for yourself first, and you have to make Tahleel (removing the ihram attire) after every `Umrah you make it for yourself or on behalf of others by shaving or clipping the hair and then going to Wadi At-Tan`eem to perform ihram from the beginning.

So, if you want to make `Umrah for three persons, you should do it this way.
