I had/have a relationship with a man. First we had troubles with his father because he did not want to see us get married because I am divorced. Well we both went on vacation separately and during his vacation he got married with a girl who used black magic to get him to marry her.
After realising that she did that, he wants to divorce her but now she is pregnant with his child. He still wants to have a divorce because he does not think the marriage happened in a correct manner. His father loves the girl and wants his son to stay married to her. His father said wife that if his son divorces her, he will no longer consider him as his son. What does the Islam say about this?

We think that this man should accept responsibility for his actions. Despite the unclear role of black magic in this case, we want to raise some points for you to consider. We are not fully convinced how she tricked him into marrying her. Suppose she used black magic to get him to marry her, do you really think that he did not know what he was doing when he had relations with her? They are married. She is pregnant with his child. That's the end of that. You should let him go despite how difficult it is for you to do so. You are a divorcee and know how painful it is to experience divorce. Would you really wish that on this other woman? Have you heard her side of the story? Is there anyone who can corroborate what this man is saying about black magic? Is there any proof?
We think this man is using black magic as an excuse to justify the fact that he is now married and is expecting his first child. Be merciful to him and let him live his life. Repent for any mistakes you made in having a relationship with him. Make du'a for Allah to grant you a more pious husband insha'allah. And Allah knows best.
