For the last few months, Pakistan has been going under a virtual political turmoil that have robustly affected this South Asian Muslim country. It has been overwhelmed with a sequence of major events: the struggle between Musharruf and the judiciary, the return of two exiled opposition leaders, the reelection of the president, the declaration of state of emergency, the growing militancy, the assassination of Bhutto, and finally the parliamentary elections.
All eyes are now on Pakistan, speculating the way out of the deadlock. The looming question is whether the elections would signify the end of the chaos and pave the way back to stability or whether the turbulent situation will remain the same after elections.
If you have a point of view, analysis, commentary, or an experience to tell the world regarding the situation in Pakistan, just add a comment here to share Pakistan in your eyes.
