Muslims should seek Laylat Al-Qadr in the last 10 days of Ramadan. It is our last chance as the days and nights of Ramadan are passing very quickly. Muslims should spend this night praying, reciting the Qur'an, and supplicating.
Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) is reported to have said, "He who spends the night in prayers on the Night of Power as a sign of his devotion and seeking rewards from Allah, his previous sins will be forgiven" (Al-Bukhari).
It is the night during which the Qur'an was revealed.
(We have indeed revealed this (Message) in the Night of Power: And what will explain to you what the Night of Power is? The Night of Power is better than a thousand months.) (Al-Qadr 97:1-3)
It is a night better than a thousand months. Imagine that when you worship Allah and supplicate Him sincerely in this night, you will be rewarded as if you worshipped Allah a thousand months that do not contain Laylat Al-Qadr.
It is the night of peace as Allah describes it in the Qur'an:
(That night is peace till the break of dawn.) (Al-Qadr 97:5)
`A'ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) said, "I asked the Messenger of Allah: 'O Messenger of Allah, if I know what night is Laylat Al-Qadr, what should I say during it?' He said, 'Say: O Allah, You are forgiving and You love to forgive, so forgive me'" (Ahmad).
Dear bothers and sisters, send us your contributions about the most beloved supplications that you like to beseech Almighty Allah with on Laylat Al-Qadr.
What do you like to entreat Almighty Allah for? How are you going to spend this night with your Lord? Whom are you going to remember in your supplications?
Let's share you in your supplications and say "amen" after you.
