Aminah has several degrees, including Broadcasting and Communications. She also serves on boards for a variety of Islamic organizations including CAIR and AMC. But the only thing she considers important is the fact that she is a Muslim who loves Allah more than life itself and is dedicated to serving Him through serving His creation (man). Next in line is that she is a mother and a grandmother. These pionts are important because she must answer to Allah for what she has provided for her children in the form of love and guidance. While she has won many awards over the years, from Muslims and non-Muslims, the accolades of man are of little importance compared to the pleasure of Allah. She
prefers to be known for her love of Allah not the awards or accomplishments recognized by man.
