Mr. Mohamed Noman Saied Al-Nahal, editor-in-chief of the political periodical Al-Rased, is a researcher in Al-Rased Center for Strategic Studies. He is specialized in African studies.
He holds a BA in Jurisprudence and Law and an MA in International Law. He is currently studying for a PhD in the use of power in contemporary international law. Mr. Al-Nahal is the former executive director of the International Youth Forum in Sudan.
