I'm a 22 years old female. For 10 years I have been suffering severe migraine with all its features; having blurred vision, numbness in my hand, mouth and neck. After that I get severe pain in one side of my head. In very strong cases I throw up and can't talk (I loose the ability to spell words correctly). This lasts for almost a day or less, but I still feel tired for some later days with some pain in my head. There is no frequency for this, I may get it twice per week and I may get it twice per year. I made EEG (brain mapping) and it was ok. I have tried many doctors and I understood that migraine treatment depends on trial and error. #1 Abortive treatment to stop the attack mainly by medications.
#2 To treat the migraine as a disease by medications, for example Inderal and Tryptizol are medications taken for 3 to 5 months.
But first of all we must distinguish between migraines and chronic daily headaches.
Chronic daily headache attacks occur more than 15 days a month. Diet control for chronic daily headaches is a must. You should avoid colas, chocolates, canned foods, bananas and you should have sufficient time for sleep, and don't forget to have your breakfast.

Ozone is a natural complementary adjuvant way of therapy. It is safe with no side-effects and it works with the classical methods of treatment enhancing their effects.
Ozone works on the cellular level, so it deals with so many organs and specialties as an adjuvant therapy.
Ozone is composed of three atoms of oxygen. When it enters the body, it dissociates into oxygen with two atoms (the same oxygen that we normally breathe), increasing the oxygenation of the cells up to the proper level resulting in increase of ATP (cell energy) and accordingly better cell function. First we have to diagnose what is the cause of your low back ache and whether there is something compressing the nerve roots, because you said that the pain radiates to your lower limbs, and the treatment will depend upon the diagnosis.
If it is just myositis (inflammation of the muscles) and spasm, the treatment can be physiotherapy using electrotherapy and also can be local ozone injection until the pain subsides. Then followed by muscle strengthening by electrotherapy and muscle exercises to prevent recurrence of the pain.
Exercises can never be done in the presence of muscle spasm or pain, otherwise the spasm will increase. First, pain should be controlled.

First we have to reduce the weight to lessen the burden on the knees and accordingly the friction between cartilages. Second we have to strengthen the thigh muscles to be able to lift the weight of the body and accordingly there will be less friction between the cartilage.
Thirdly, treatment can be carried on by electrotherapy and by local ozone injections.
Electrotherapy is done by placing four electrodes: two on the thigh and two on the leg, and a special medical electric current will affect the knee and the patient will feel a nice tingling sensation. I've been suffering from a disc displacment problem for 2 years now. The pain was bearable and i managed to cope with it. First we need to diagnose the possible reasons for this pain. I advise you to consult an orthopedic doctor for the back pain, and to consult an internist for the jaw pain to submit a report and accordingly management can be done.
Apparently, there is no relation between back and jaw pains. If the back pain is due to myositis or disc prolapse, natural ways of treatment are important to avoid medications with side effects. I agree with you. There are people with low pain threshold and others with high pain threshold. This a natural individual variation. It is not possible to transform someone with low pain threshold into a high pain threshold person, unless by providing psychological support.
My advice to you is to lead a normal life back to nature. Have sufficient sleep, avoid tension and exhaustion, eat healthy foods (don't forget to eat breakfast and allow two hours between supper and sleep!) and exercise is extremely important in your case to release the normal endorphins of the body.
