Since the so called war for Disarming of IRAQ for WMD is over (without finding a trace of the WMD) and yet leading to another massive disorientation of sentiments between the Arabs and the west. How in your opinion should both of them (arabs & west) React?

Well, first of all I don't think there is such thing called as "the West" anymore. You will remember that France and Russia sided against this war, and most of the European populations including in Great Britain were against the war. So, what you are dealing with is not the West, but the United States and its desire for empire and domination of the peoples and resources of the Middle East.

No, they think they fear that North Korea has the capability to rain down artillery onto the city of South Korea, which could kill millions of people. Also, North Korea has nuclear weapons which serves as an important deterrent that Iraq did not have. Iraq had no ability to deter a superpower and that is why it got hid.

The threat to Syria has some subsided by only for a short time. What they want from Syria is to shut down all support for the Palestinian Resistance organization and for Hizbullah. Obviously Syria will not cooperate, and they will be under threat of Israeli invasion backed up by US troops operating out of occupied Iraq.
