Whys is the world so blind to the atrocities committed by Israel? Why cant the arab countries get together and help palestine? How long are we going to watch our own brothere and sisters suffer for? Ya Allah, I only wish each and everyone of us did something that would really make a difference to ease the suffering of our brothers and sisters in palestine. 1.5 billion muslims and we can't make a difference. May Allah have mercy upon us.
Answer
I believe that the answer to this question is the precisely why we are here today. Israel knows well that the whole world is turning a blind eye to what is happening in Palestine today. They know that they can kill, kidnap, slaughter, and no one in the whole world, including the so-called Arab and Muslim nations, would dare raise an eyebrow.
This is the first time in history entire government ministers and legislators are being mass arrested, or shall I say kidnapped. This is not only a slap in the face to the Muslim and Arab countries, but rather to the Europeans who paid from their tax money to see a democratically elected government in Palestine.
Doing so, Israel is really disrespecting all the countries that sponsored this democratic precedent in Palestine.

Question
Assalam Alaikum Dear Professor,
What do you think is likely to happen next, now that third of Palestinian Government is abducted, and there is no electricity in Gaza? What will happen to Palestinian people?
Are any of the muslim contries likely to help Palestine? Thank you!
Answer
I begin where the dear guest have ended, and that is it is the duty of all Muslim people, and I do not say governments, because they are good for nothing, to rise up and , as well as all free people on earth to rise up to Israel and prevent the attempt to break the will of the Palestinian people. If they succeed to do so, this means that occupation have succeeded and that is a very dangerous precedent. This, if allowed to happen is in direct violation to all heaven and international laws.
As to the condition of the Palestinians, I think now it is very, very bad. I believe that Israel have begun the process of training the whole world to accept the idea of forced eviction of Palestinians from their home land, a policy that came to be known as the “transfer.”
What do I say this, because not only did Israel cut off electricity, but today, they also cut off water. DO you what it means to be without water for so many people ???
I believe breaking the will of the Palestinians is the first goal and international justice is the first casualty of this Israeli onslaught.

Question
Professor, I suspect that Hamas bit off more than it could chew and now will have a very upset tummy ache. What is your opinion as to how this crisis will come to an end?
Answer
I do not agree with you. Because if we were to judge Hamas’ experiment in government, we must first understand the nature of the Arab-Israeli conflict. Hamas has been blamed for a lot more that what it should be responsible for. I say this because Hamas has never had the opportunities others, like the PLO, had where in my opinion, any other movement needs at least 20 years in power to grasp the conditions and train the public to accept its policies.
On the other hand, Hamas came to a very dark and dangerous landscape. On one hand, all political or so-called peace process doors were totally shut in its face, second the Intifada was and still is going, and third that Hamas is facing an Israeli government that is not even willing to accept that Palestinians can have even an internal dialogue.
I believe that given all the above, any movement or political party would have failed under these circumstance.

Question
According to the latest BBC Home Service, the Palestinian fiends who murdered the Israeli boy in cold blood without even permitting him to say farewell to his family. Please explain to the civilised world what kind of people [sic.] you are and why you act inhumanely.
Answer
As you well know, ever action has a reaction, equal in force but opposite in direction. It is a well known fact that the media in general, and the Western media in particular is pro Israel had had been known to, if not distort the facts, show one-sided opinions, and that counts a great deal.
First, I do not know the condition that that settler was killed in. Second, What do we say the countless Palestinian children that has been either killed, left permanently scarred or disabled due to Israeli artillery shells being directed at civilian homes. In the last week alone, 45 children have been left with missing limps only in the last two weeks.
I can not now question the Palestinian people how or in what manner did they kill a settler who is living in an illegal settlement by international consensus.
I say that the one responsible for all of this is Israel.

Question
Our brave fuehrer Fidel once addressed the nation and mentioned that we should fight the Imperialists to the last baby. Has anyone announced a similar strategy for the Arabs to fight to the last baby or do they plan to just give up and surrender?
Answer
I believe that the Arabs have said this previously, but acted completely to the contrary. They claimed that they were fighting Israel, while inviting it to their home, whether overtly or secretly. In fact some seems to be proud of such relationship. And those that did not invite Israel in, were squarely in America’s laps serving its, and Israel’s interest, directly or indirectly. I say that there is a great difference between your fuehrer and our so-called “leaders.”

Question
G'day mate! When the Israelis destroyed the two bridges connecting North Gaza and South Gaza, and when the power plant was blown up last night, is this a harbinger of future calamities to befall the brave Palestinian resistance?
Answer
The Palestinian people have become used to treatment from the Israelis that is beyond what is normal. When you say that it would take approximately 6 months for electricity to come back, this is a form of slow death. I believe that the Israeli Army is going to do more of the same actions, and that is because the Israeli mentality deals with matters as if they are above the law, now that the U.S. is bestowing its blessing on everything criminal Israel does.

Question
How do the residents of Gaza not get depressed or suicidal when they are forced to continually live in filth and pestilence as well as continually losing to superior forces?
Answer
I seem to agree with you that if Palestinians committed suicide that no one will blame them, however, their belief in the justness of their cause prevents them from doing so. I believe that Israel policies are either aiming at decimating the Palestinian people or driving them to commit mass suicides.

Question
Was the kidnapping of the Israeli soldier not a slap in the face by PA to gouvernments such as Belgium which donated money and excess cow's milk in the interests of peace and justice?
Answer
No I do not believe so, the real slap in the face was handed by Israel to the Europeans. I say this because Israel with all its massacres against the Palestinian civilians was created and supported politically, economically, and even morally by Europe. As you well know, it was the British that first sponsored Israel before handing it over to the U.S.
By arresting 1/3 of the freely elected government, I thing Israel squarely handed Europe a slap in the face.
