I think that Iran has to create circumstances for negotiation with the USA as a leader of the forces who look at Iran as an enemy. Direct negotiations will solve a lot of problems whether by transparency in dealing with USA or any country form the EU instead. As well as improving relations with IAA.
I think the general sentiment is swaying between worry and happiness. The arab world is happy because an Isalmic country owns nuclear technoloy and power but at the same time it fears this power might turn against it sometime later.
I agree with you in this opinion about passivity of Islamic countries and not taking firm decissions and the vast differences and greed without thinknig in a more collective way to the future of the Islamic world and its current status.

Iran repeatedly confirmed that it is not creating weapons but only using the technology for development and peaceful purposes. If there is fear from Iran's owning nuclear weapons, it is very clear that these weapons will be for defense only and hence Iran will have agreements with neighbours to guarantee peace and not using such weapons against its neighbours. It will also work hard to convince the international community that it has only peaceful purposes whether through transparency or cooperation with the US or any other EU country.
Iran has previously suggested this and negotiations between Iran and the US about Iraq might lead to resolutions. If Iran has intentions for preparing nuclear weapons it knows that it as to take all measures to guarantee that this does not cause any striking attacks that might lead to harming the country and the people.

No doubt that owning nuclear weapons is a bond in the chain of developing a country's power. Owning these weapons never necessarily means using them but only keeping them as a defense mechanism. The main issue here is having unfair international relations. The countries who own such weapons do not want any other country to specially the ones who have intersecting benefits, what they call third world countries, Iran comes on top of these countries, Iran has hopes to develop such energy and technology which makes other countries fear it because it is not politically stable and it deals with systems and groups which practice military work and this means that Iran might help them one day with this technology which threatens these countries.
If this looks logical to these countries, it is not right that this theory extends to some third world countries who have mutual interests with the west like Israel or India Or Pakistan, this of course represents double measures in this dangerous field.

First, the judgment that Iran sponsors international terrorism is exaggerated because Iran has revolutionary system which means dealing with and helping countries and systems fighting for freedom and legal rights so we can never call this terrorism but we can call it cooperation with suffering countries and groups to gain back their rights.
There are various examples like Israel who occupies Lebanese and Syrian lands. There are economic sanctions and the US threats in the region and these things are the main reasons driving these countries to fight this war. If these countries were fair such resistance would have never been there, what you call terrorism.
Iran as an Islamic country that has beliefs and principles that prevent it from engaging in such practices and destroying or harming other countries. and this was proved before in the Iraq-Iran war .while the US, the democratic country, for insufficient reasons occupied Iraq. Another clear example is HizbuAllah in Lebanon which defends Lebanese lands and has never attacked Israel, its first enemy.

I believe that the Islamic world in general feels happy that any Islamic country owns the means of power that helps this world have power in face of any enemy, but at the same time fears that owning such weapons might affect this world negatively as it might threaten the Islamic world and make it substance to military actions and sanctions which hinders development and prevents some privileges that Muslims might be enjoying in this world in rich countries in addition to what they face outside their countries.
I believe that Iran will try to convince the Islamic countries especially countries with majority of Sunnis that owning such technology will never harm them and that it can deal and cooperate with these countries and never harm them. But Gulf countries fear that owning such power represents a negative signal to the way it looks at Gulf countries and playing the role of the region police man and blackmailing these countries especially OPEC and forcing it to apply Iran's goals and wishes. There will be hope of gaining the 3 Emirates islands again, but it is too early to judge now and this will show in the next Iranian move although I think that Arab countries have started moving towards having a balanced situation with Iran after its last move.
The idea of attacking Iran whether from the US or Israel is on the table but the game does not make it the first option because Iran has means of fighting back and this might develop into a full war that might include all the countries who helped in the attack and inflame the region and harm all the US interests in the region which might lead to great damage. Israel might be raided in such a war because it will be a chance for countries to get rid of it. I think despite the Israeli threats , it will not attack because it knows how serious Iran is about dealing with it and will leave the lead to the US and this is not the probable scenario at present.
I think if this attack happens or begins, it will lead to the the unity of resistance organizations against the US and helping Iran make all the possible damage to the enemies because it will be a chance for each organization to revenge from the US and Israel in its own way which worries the US and Israel and is taken into consideration when thinking about attacking Iran.

In my opinion, It is for te best interest of Iran and the Islamic world to own this energy for the following reasons:
1-this will be the first experience to defy the US and the west in breaking the monopoly of owning nuclear technology
2-this will create inthusiasm among the Arab countries to gain the means of power which will increase power in Isalamic world
3-the Arab and Islamic countries will require and press on their governments to follow the Iranian model and fix their systems and get rid of the US supervision and control and defeating fear of the west and try to get this technology
4-the US will recalculate the game in dealing with Islamic countries especilly the ones who will follow the Iranian model and get rid of the west control
There are internal reasons in Iran:
1-it will be able to complete its project which empowers the system internally and creates some wellfare to the people and make up for the years of deprivation because Iran geography is hard and needs high technology to get over the environmental problems and benifit from the natural resources in a better way and in a commercial style.

I believe that this is the result of contradiction between te American dream and the Irnaian dream. The US wants to set an international system with special rules that goes with the American system and focuses on the Middle east region where it has vast interests. with this coming true the American dream is born and the control over the region is founded over certain places of wealth on earth.
The Iranian dream is based on an ethnic rule which is that the political system in Iran is trying to establish the Government of the last of times ruled by the long awaited Mahdi which is a blief that all Shia agree upon, Iran has taken steps to achieve this by the promise that the Islamic revolution has given to the Shia and creating the circumstances, forming the international government for Islam and applying fairness and the awarenss that God will bless the weak ones and make them leaders.
Iran, people and government, do not consider this promise as imagination because it did rule more than half the world during its hsitroy. It controlled 2/3 of the world in its legendary history and over half in its real history during the time of the sani empire. The Iraninas power extended from the heart of Europe till borders of china including Africa, that's why Iran thinks it has geographical and hositric factors besides the other powers it's gaining to become a regional power and ask the US and the West to deal with it in that frame.
This means it competes with the US and the west in their interests in the region as it tries io strengthen its situation besides its revolutionary way that attracts many organizations and groups within the region and helps it achieve its dream of having the Shia as a basic effective factor in the coutnries of the region to achieve its goals. The US is now sure that it could not invade the Irani system or discover with all its satellites the Irani steps in the nuclear project and that's why it is worried from the future Iranian steps in all fields whether military or political or economic and hence the US tries to destroy the Iranian system and invade it to be aware of what is happening there and what ideas and hopes they have.

No, I do not think so for the following reasons:
1-Iran is not like Iraq as the US foreign minister confirmed, the calculations are diferent due to the geographic nature of Iran which is a series of mountains with 2 deserts in between making the habitant groups far and making it more expensive to attack.
2- the areas where the nuclear plants are found are very safe and scattered and are in the middle of caves which makes it difficult to hit them
3- the american means of inspection and satellites were not able to detect the development of the Iranin nuclear system which represents an obstacle in the way of deciding how to hit them
4- the means of defence in Iran can bear a great part of the attack and has the means of fighting back and destroying critical and essential American goals in the region and outside it, the presence of thousands of american soldiers in the region represents an easy goal for iran's revenge
5- the countries in the region are not ready to help te US in attacking Iran even Israel who is expected to help, will be attacked by Iran fearcely and might not be able to fight back
6- the west is not ready to abandon the sources of energy in the region because the attack will mean cutting off these sources
7-I expect china and Russia to help Iran avoid such an attack because as I think, Iran's presence in this region represents an obstalce in the way of American control over the region wich positively affects the Russian and chinese interests in the region and limits Americsn growing power in Asia.

I think this agenda is well writen and studied. It also faces all consequences rationally and achieves hopes. Iran is aware of the fact that it has to own the nuclear technology and this is the first and basic goal, through this technology it can accomplish huge economic projects that acheive welfare to the poeple who have not yet got the standard of living they want. Iran is also aware of the fact that it can not bare te consequences of making nuclear weapons and their expenses and cost and the result of having them. It also confirms this through religious principles. But developing its nuclear heads shows it is preparing for a future step of having this weapon but not in the present stage because it will not be wise to make such heads without benefiting from them and with the availability of other alternatives.
As for the agenda towards other countries, Iran is planing to establish a regional coalition against the US plans and it called it the Islamic middle east. Iran prefers dealing and cooperating with the coutnries in the region to guarantee their help and support and develop the shia's role wherever they are hence it decided to follow a fair way with countries in the region especially that it tried to make and agreement with most of these countries which confirms its tendency. but this does not prevent it from presentng itself a major power in the region and leader of Islamic countries and has the right to get political and economic privilges in return for stablitiy in the region .
This hesitation in the region towards the agenda is a result of the positive relations between most Arab countries and the US and so they fear the results of a conflict between Iran and the USA which will affect their stability and interests as well as fearnig any mistake in the nuclear Irani project that might lead to any leak affecting the whole region. In addition to the fact that attacking the nuclear plants in Iran will certainly cause destruction of life in many Arab countries, so the alternative for these countries is to clear the region and prevent the presence of such and agenda.
we can add to this the possibility of using this technology against Arab countries themselves at least by blackmailing these countries and this increases Shia's power in the region which negativley affects the Sunni in the Arab world.

I do not think this is possible because this is very expensive and because experts from Russia and china are present in Iran which enables them to get the American secrets in case it attacks Iran, also the US will be widely critisized because it will retrieve the Hiroshima histroy without enough reason to do such a move especially that it has not been proved that Iran owns such weapons which will make many countries sympathyse with Iran and may help Iran with necessary weapons. In January this year Prime Minister Blair in the UK mooted the idea of an entire new generation of nuclear power stations. No country threatened to bomb Britain. US declared new genration of missles.No one threatened to bomb the US.
As I understand it, the UK,US and Israle have never undergone an IAEA inspection. If correct is this a racist, oil or gas regime? And willother coutrieds wake up and demaqnd of thr UN inspections equally of all nuclear and potential nuclear countries,or are they simply to become victims of what are looking increasingly like out of control, illegal precepts?

It is clear that the IAEA and the international organizations dealing with it are controlled by the west which makes them unfair towards countries even if these organizations get decissions from groups of experts. So it is not possible to stop this discrimintation without first fixing these international organizations and this can never take place without a coalition between developing countries and some powerful countries to achieve the required balance. As for the Arab countries, they are not able with their current economic sitatuion to represent a power that makes international relations fair and just and changing the decissions being taken. The first step for these countres is to solve their internal problems and have a general persepctive through which they can practice freedom and pressure to achieve their goal from the west.
