I don't think that Europe has geographical limits. Europe is an imperial power or a group of imperial powers who are sometimes rivals to each other. Imperialism has no geographical limits. He just focus on moving frontiers just like frontline at war.
The obvious conditions to adhere are summarized by the term "democracy". And the real conditions - but hidden - are fixed by the power of financial capitalism.

It's a very good question. It was impossible to summarize the constitution text for two reasons:
- it wasn't a text but a book that nobody could have the time to read.
- All the rights ensured by the constitution had restrictions which could cancel them if it is necessary.
It wasn't a constitution, but an absence of a constitution and it opened for absolute arbitrary.

How do you see the future of Nationalism in Europe?
Answer
I don't see any future for the nationalism in Europe because nationalism supposed to be along with the existence of a bourgeoisie. But, now, there is bourgeoisie.
There are just associations of rich man who aim to become richer.
The notion supposed a sort of general interest which has a geographical limit. But, the notion of general interest itself disappears.

It's a very big topic.
We can say that there were two concepts of Europe: supranational Europe and what de Gaulle called Patriots Europe.
Making a supranational Europe that can face the USA is to risk an Americanization of Europe, that's to say a land with no culture: Mc Donald's in stead of home dishes, the Deviance Code in stead of literature, and the disappearance of solidarity, home solidarity which is a vital element of culture.

It's not a question of leading. The question is to be or not to be. The question is to know if we'll continue to exist as a cultural unity different from others or we'll go with an ocean of non-culture.
