You have recently confirmed the Health Ministry's report that Israel was using unconventional toxic weapons.
As a start can you give us more information about these weapons and their effects on the victims?
Answer
We are dealing with the effects of weapons, so I can say that these weapons are newly used.
They cause severe damage and burns in tissues down to the bones. It also causes fragmentation in the martyrs bodies as well as melting of the tissues with disfigurement of the injured people.
These weapons may be phosphorous-based or laser energy.

Allegations are frequently made by Palestinians about Israelis using unconventional weapons, especially chemical weapons. What evidence is there that this is true? Are cases being documented by Palestinians? Why aren't Palestinians bringing these cases to trial in an international court of justice?
Answer
First of all, we document our cases in different methods, by pictures and samples. Second we have lost our criminal lab which was destroyed by the Israeli so we are not able to investigate these weapons locally.
We sent calls for any international committee to come and investigate, but none came till now.
The MOH is preparing to petition it before the international courts, but we know that Israel will not be condemned.

No they are not well equipped. We are doing our best effort. Our manpower is OK, but we suffer from the shortage of drugs and other medical tools and devices. We are in a serious need to update our hospitals, which is why we are in dire need for donations from any part of the world, whether they are medicines or money.

We always ask for international bodies, but sadly, none came. I don't know when will they come. Maybe when the Israelis kill all the Palestinians and the Lebanese people. We in the Palestinian hospitals suffer from the severe lack of medication and medical equipments, we have appealed to all international parties, but no one answered. This will only worsen the health situation in the Gaza hospitals.

Have you found ways to treat them? Are the hospitals equipped to treat them?
Answer
The causalities are known and I have mentioned them in a previous question.
The hospitals aren't ready to treat such injuries, especially since we work in a traditional way and with old equipments.
The main thing is that we have professional doctors.
I think if we have more technical equipments, we may get better results.
Also the Israeli and the US are doing their best to obstruct the arrival of the medicines to the Gaza hospitals. This worsens the situation.
And also the loss of electricity which resulted from the Israeli attack on the one and only main power station in Gaza, coupled with the lack of petrol to run the generators of the hospitals when the electricity is off adds to the problem.

When we sent the pictures of these weapons to our friends in other countries, they said that they are prohibited weapons.

I read that there are major problems in electricity in all of the Gaza Strip, and that even generators are not working due to lack of gas. How does this affect Al-Shifa Hospital?
How can you work in this lack of elecricity?
Answer
We have a number of generators, but they are not enough for all the departments of the hospital.
Most of the medical equipment are disfunctioning. Storing medicines became impossible. The operation rooms are so hot that doctors can't perform adequately in such a bad atmosphere.
The bodies of the martyrs are becoming rotten due to the shortage in electricity for the fridges.
Other patients in the hospital, apart from the casualties of the Israeli attacks, can't receive a complete treatment because of the loss of electricity also.
The sound and noise of the generators which supply the hospitals with electricity trouble the patients.
In addition, the Israelis obstruct the entrance of petrol to the Gaza Strip. If these generators stop working they will stop supplying the hospital with electricity and therefore, the work will be paralyzed.

Are these toxic weapons accumalitive, either in the body or in the area it was used? For example can it affect other people in the area after the attack?

Sure! It first affects the injured people, then the people who were at the scene, they suffer from the effects later on.
Also, another significant and potential problem is that the injured patients who reach a stable condition stay so for one or two days or more, then their conditions go from better to worse and sometimes they die.
What is the reason? We don't know. We have tried to investigate the reason of the sudden deaths, but we could not determine it.

Really, the Israelis use unknown types of weapons which are so dangerous. These weapons, as I have mentioned previously, have toxic and radioactive materials. In addition to that, they contain shrapnel which are smaller than the head of the pin or the needle. We can't follow these shrapnel in the bodies of the injured, but they cause severly intense burns to the flesh inside the body.

I've read accounts in which eyewitnesses describe several phenomena regarding victims of Israeli assaults:
1. The body is burnt from the outside and then explodes (microwave effect)
2. The body is on fire, and if people turn the fire off, it stays off for a few seconds or minutes and then re-ignites (phosphoric bombs)
How accurate are these descriptions, and if the weapons that caused them are illegal, then why isn't there a ban on the manufacture of these weapons?

Of course. These are the syndromes of the casualties targeted by the weapons of the Israeli occupation. Moreover, the casualties smell of sulphur.
Regarding the ban on manufacturing these weapons, you know that we are only a field of experimentation and can't do anything. All the world shares the conspiracy against the oppressed people.
This is something shameful in the face of all the free people all over the world who see us and do nothing. And now this has began happening to our brothers in Lebanon.

Sure, they do lead to abortion, this actually happened to a woman from Khan Yunis. Her house was attacked by Israeli rockets and several of her relatives were killed and others injured. Then, when she gave birth several days later, her child was suffering of some disfigurement and died.

This really happens. A lot of casualties suffer from severe injuries and sometimes we can't treat them. We find ourselves obliged to do amputations of parts such as legs and arms. And sometime, if the injures are inside the bodies, the patients spend several days in agony. Of course we do our utmost effort to transfer them to outside hospitals, but often they die because we are unable to do so.

There's the loss of electricity. Daily shelling, daily killings and injuries, sonic bombs, daily funerals...fearful children and women, displaced families, and constant aerial and ground siege. This is a curfew in place and massacres against innocents daily. More than ten families in Palestine were eradicated completely because of an Israeli shelling to their homes.
The same is in Lebanon, and the massacre from yesterday is a clear proof.
