Dear Nora,
Are there any other initiative that had been taken by the group in order to achieve more empowerment for the veiled women in the Dutch community?
Answer
Dear Gameela,
We have just started. Currently we are still talking to allies, such as: trade unions, political parties etc. We are also involved in organizing courses for Muslim women on : How to apply to the perfect job? How to write a perfect letter? etc

Question
How do the Dutch state deal with such a group? Do you face any negative or positive feedbacks on the governmental level?
Answer
Dear Jaheen,
The Dutch state says that discrimination is prohibited, but leaves little marks. There is a party: PVV (Geert Wilders, maker of Fitna) that fights for freedom of expression and shows that they are against Muslims

Question
Is this assembly considered a representative of the Muslim women in the Netherlands?
Answer
I hope that the Muslim women in Holland will see us as a representative. Muslim women are often discriminated, but are afraid to report this. We want to let them know that we are here for them.

Question
Salam alykum sis,
Resulting from this contest, do you see that the hijab is well existing in the Dutch labor market, or a lot of more efforts should be exerted ?
Answer
Seham,
No, you can see at low-skilled positions many women with hijab but not at the higher functions. Employers usually give as reason that it is not representative Or that they see the hijab as a symbol of oppression. Holland is not as tolerant as they say. It is afraid of Islam and anxiety is increasing. We therefore have a lot of work to do so that the hijab will be normal on any kind of job.

Question
Sister Nora, Don't you think that training Muslim's man power to make it not just qualified but significant labor force so the dutch labor market wouldn't manage without it is one of Hijab solutions?
Thank you
Answer
No, we want fair opportunities for these women. That women not be rejected for their headscarf. With such a course there will always be more chances of not having fair opportunities

Hani,
first, the group has reacted negatively to his statements. But then they ignored him, because his power only increases when you react angrily.

Question
I guess that the Dutch Muslim community needs more solidarity among the community's members, so that they'll be able to face any face of discrimination,
Answer
Fatima,
Indeed, many women are discriminated and complaining about it to friends and family, but they do nothing with it. Now there is a fear, that the discussions only makes things worse. Even discussions among Muslims brings more fear.

Question
Nora, Why didn’t you head to the media and sought co-operation with the Dutch media outlet so that you can remove any misconception among Muslims and their traditions and obligations?
Answer
Saeed,
The last time we had a lot of contact with the media (if you googled on headscarf brigade, you will get many hits). There is a negative image on Muslims in the Netherlands. The media only makes things worse. Good news about Muslims do not sell, that's why they write all the negative sides, because sensation sells.

Question
Assalam alikum,
could you tell me sister Noura What were the problems that you faced when you decided to establish this group that works for the better of the educated Muslim woman?
Answer
Ibraheem,
Highly skilled women do low-skilled work, because the headscarf is not accepted. The women can not show their qualities and are not motivated in their work. The salary is lower because they are low-skilled workers. They are not taken seriously and there's no one listening to them. They should not be promoted as a manager because a headscarf is not a representative.
Women with headscarf can not complete their studies because they have no chance to get a stage at a company.
