The Creative Video Blaster WebCam Go does just that. You can set it up as a camera or fold it up and - voila! It's a web cam. The combination of these features is unmatched by any still camera or webcam at this time. You can use it with your PC to create websites and do video conferencing, then detach the charcoal-colored ball from the PC and pack it with the rest of your luggage when you travel. Along with this type of portability, the WebCam Go has 4MB of memory and can store up to 90 images in 640x480 VGA resolution or up to 200 images in 320x240 resolution. You need not use a diskette or memory card, just the software and cable that connects the camera to your PC (included). Also, you don't have to worry about losing the images you have taken when you forgot to change the batteries because they stay saved even when the batteries go dead. This device offers a superior CMOS (complimentary metal oxide semiconductor) color sensor that offers better color reproduction than inferior CCD (charged coupled device) sensors do. It is much more sensitive when capturing the skin tone of images that used to come out poorly defined. You can use this machine in four different modes when used as a portable. There is the single-frame mode, or you can take multiple pictures in succession in multi-frame mode. The camera also has a timer, so you can get in the picture, too!
