Four out of every 10 Canadians use the Internet. What makes Canada so unique? As with other countries with high levels of Internet users, it is a mature economy with an excellent telecommunications structure and a supportive government environment. But could it also be that climate exerts an influence here? Leisure pursuits outside the home are likely to be restricted in Canada during the winter months
