2 Million Muslims Stream Into Bangladesh For 34th 'Biswa Ijtema' More than two million Muslims began streaming into this small industrial town on Saturday for the largest Muslim congregation after the Hajj (pilgrimage) in Mecca. Followers from 80 countries were gearing up for the 34th Biswa Ijtema - three days of prayers and teachings on the banks of the Turag River, 20 km (12 miles) outside of Dhaka.
