Falsified Contracts to sell Land in Jerusalem to Build the Jewish Temple
By Maha Abdulhadi-IslamOnline
The Israeli Newspapers published details about the individuals arrested in Jordan lately in connection with selling land to Israelis using fraudulent documents and blackmailing. Yadout Ahrnout stated that a month ago, Attorney Nsha't Shabitta from Attera was arrested after his visit to Amman. His visit was aimed at arranging selling of land in Jerusalem for the benefit of the "Holy Temple Guardian" group which intends to build the Jewish temple on it. The trial of Shabitta started in Amman-Jordan last week. According to the Jordanian law, Shabitta may get the death penalty for selling land to Israelis. The paper has also mentioned that other Attorneys who have Israeli citizenship are also involved in the land deal. Indictment was introduced in Amman against Nidal Jamal Nasir, Abdulhamid Ali Massarwa, and Jihad Hamid who were able to escape to Israel. Absentee judgments will be issued against them. The fifth attorney, Jreer El-Haj Yahya from Attyba was not arrested yet in Amman, but he was banned from leaving the country while waiting for legal procedures to be completed, in addition to Palestinian citizens from Galileo who also has not been arrested yet. According to the indictment, Arabs who hold Israeli citizenship are accused of attempting to sell land to Jews through fraudulent a document that states that some Palestinians in Jerusalem have sold their land. According to Jordanian sources, these five people worked as messengers to the Istrapotpole member of the Temple Mountain Guardians, which is attempting to build the Jewish temple in the Aqsa Mosque. The president of this group refused to talk to the press about the matter. Yadeot Ohronout indicated that investigation about this case started when Palestinian official agencies provided the Palestinian Embassy in Amman with information related to the matter, and the embassy shared such information with the government of Jordan that immediately arrested them and found fraudulent documents in their possessions. The Shabitta family told the Israeli Newspaper that they don't believe the charges against their son and they believe in his innocence. They added that they have relatives in Amman who were not allowed to visit him and only saw him when he was brought to court to be indicted. The Israeli embassy in Amman expressed its dissatisfaction with the Jordanian authorities due to their continuous rejection to representatives of the embassy to visit Shabitta. Its worth mentioning here that Astra Apteol that they Jordanian Attorney General stated that the accused worked on her behalf was born in Morocco, and migrated to Palestine in 1948 with her ten brothers and sisters. She has worked on many projects since then in poor areas. She was also appointed as President of the Hthya Movement in Jerusalem.
She works with the extremist group "the Guardians of the Mounting Temple", and has tried continuously to buy land to build the Jewish Temple, which failed due to shortages of money.
She takes part in all attempts to break into the Aqsa Mosque campaigns organized by Jewish extremist
