Philippines: Jolo Civilians Ready To Take Arms

Reports filtering out of Jolo, in the southern Philippines, indicate that villagers in the bombarded municipalities of Talipao, Maimbung, Patikul and Luuk, and especially people whose relatives have been killed, were ready to take up arms and fight Philippine government troops.
