Bush Vows 'Unbreakable' Support For Israel
US President George W. Bush vowed on the day of Palestinians remember the Nakba, Thursday, May 15, 2008, that Israel had "unbreakable" US support in confronting what he called "terror and evil". Bush is on a three-day visit to mark Israel's 60th anniversary. "Israel's population may be just over seven million. But when you confront terror and evil, you are 307 million strong, because America stands with you," Bush said. Bush also warned that allowing Iran to obtain nuclear weapons would be "an unforgivable betrayal of future generations."
