Anti-Israeli Separation Wall Protest in West Bank
Dozens of Palestinians staged a demonstration against the construction of Israel’s separation barrier on Palestinian land near the West Bank village of Beit Awwa, southwest of Hebron, Sunday, October 3. 2004. Several Palestinians were wounded in clashes with Israeli soldiers during the protest. Israel has continued construction of its separation wall despite the International Court of Justice’s resolution on the illegality of the wall.
