Israel Assassinates Hamas Resistant
The body of Palestinian Nayel Abu Ghulah is draped with the flag of the Islamic resistance movement Hamas before his funeral at a mosque in Nusseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip, Sunday, August 22, 2004. Abu Ghulah, 23, was shot dead late on Friday by Israeli troops near to the Jewish settlement of Netzarim on the edge of Gaza City, his body was recovered the day after. “The soldiers spotted the figure of a man who was approaching an area closed by the army and fired at him,” a military source said.
