Ramadan Mubarak! Welcome to the Islam Online Ramadan contest for the year 2000. Every day, we will post 1 new question on the site in order to give you time to research the questions. We kindly ask you to wait until the end of Ramadan to send all of your answers to the questions at once. Below is a list of rules for the contest. Please make sure that you know them well. May Allah give you success in Ramadan as well as the contest.
Rules:
1) You must fill all the fields of the entry form, including full name, address, zip code, telephone number, e-mail address and social security number.
2) Only one entry per person is permitted for the contest.
3) All decisions made by the organizing committee are final.
4) Only one entry per family is allowed. Multiple entries from the same family at the same address (e-mail or mail) will automatically be disqualified from the contest. Multiple entries having the same mailing address (or e-mail) are subject to automatic disqualification.
Prizes:
There are many prizes awarded for the Islam Online Ramadan Contest 2000. The first place winner will receive a trip to Umrah, provided by Light Star Travel (www.lightstartravel.com). Second place winners will receive complete copies of the recitation of the Qur'an, provided by Halalco Books (www.halalco.com). Third place winners will receive copies of Alim software and consolation winners will receive a copy of the children's book "Maariya's Day", both the Third place and consolation prizes are provided by Discovery Islam (www.discoverislam.com).
Deadline:
Upon request, there has been an extension to the Ramadan Contest.
All entries are due no later than Friday, January 12th, 2001.
Prizewinners will be announced soon after.
*Note: We will NOT address any answers submitted until after the contest has finished. Any e-mail that we receive with answers before the deadline will be ignored.
