Kafr Qasim Massacre Remembered Kafr Qasim Massacre 49 dead, Many others wounded October 29, 1956Massacre Background On October 29, 1956 , the day on which Zionist entity launched its assault on Egypt , units of (Israel) Frontier guards started at 4:00 PM what they called a tour of the Triangle Villages. They told the Mukhtars (Aldermen) of those villages that the curfew from that day onwards was to start from 5:00 PM instead of the usual 6:00 PM, and that the inhabitants are requested to stay home. The Mukhtar (Alderman) protested that there were about 400 villagers working outside the village and there was not enough time to inform them of the new times. An officer assured him that they will be taken care of. Meanwhile, the officers positioned themselves at the village entrance. At about 4.55 PM, unaware of the ambush awaiting them, the innocent farmers started flocking in after a hard day of work. The Zionist soldiers started stepping out of their military trucks and ordered the villagers to line up. Then the officer in charge screamed "REAP THEM," and the soldiers riddled the bodies of the Palestinian villagers with bullets in cold blood. With the massacre practically over, the soldiers moved around finishing off whoever still had a pulse in him. The government of the Zionist so-called entity took great pains to hide the truth, but after the investigation was concluded, Ben Gurion, the (Israeli) Prime Minister, announced that some people in the Triangle had been injured by the frontier guards. The press also was part of the conspiracy to cover up the incident. The Hebrew press wrote about a "mistake?" and a "misfortune" , when it mentioned the victims, and it was difficult to tell whom it meant. http://resistance.jeeran.com/massacres/kafrqasem/index.htm We shall not forget…We will not forgive

Third: Zionism contradicts articles of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, and International Covenant on Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights. 1- The Universal Declaration of Human Rights:
Articles breached by Israel:
Article 1.All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.
Article 2.Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colors, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.
- Zionism is based mainly on discrimination. It is rooted in the idea of the “Chosen People”. Such a misinterpretation for the Torah explains the discrimination practiced by Israel against Palestinians and Arab-Israeli citizens as seen in occupation, blockade, targeting civilians, land confiscation, building an apartheid wall, and deprivation of political, social, and economical rights. All these atrocities are directed to Arabs because of their ethnicity and religions. - N.B.: Such violations are totally condemned by religious Jews, and as human beings we believe that Zionism and Israel are the greatest anti-Semites in the world as they defame Judaism, distort the Jewish image, and monopolize what they think is the right interpretation of Judaism, which is completely rejected by anti-Zionist Jews.
Article 3.Everyone has the right to life, liberty, and security of person.
- From the moment Israel was founded, it was mainly based on depriving people from their rights of life, liberty and security. It started with the Deir Yassin massacre, which was executed by the Zionist terrorist groups. This massacre was the seed of the Zionist state. Immediately after the foundation of Israel, several massacres against civilians took place. As there is no space to mention all of them here, so we will mention only a few of them: al-Dawayma massacre (1948), Kafr Kassem massacre (1956), and the most recent massacre took place in Gaza (2008/2009). Israel officials stated frequently that they deliberately target civilians to put pressure on groups that resist them. - Israel bombed UN buildings and staff several times in Lebanon and Palestine. - Israel targets civilians and UN buildings with internationally prohibited weapons. - Israel refused to receive the UN deputy after the Jenin massacre (2002).

With reference to your citing the UDHR I think that to use this the Declaration with respect to another country, one would have to have signed the Declaration as originally written. Islamic countries have not done this, they have rewritten the UDHR with respect to Sharia Law so, in fact, Islamic countries totally contradict the Universal Declaration. They use the Cairo Declaration of Human Rights because otherwise they would be breaking the rules of the Universal Declaration every day, especially articles 1, 2 and 3.
