when people are at work, and they're looking for distractions, i think nothing will prevent them from finding a way to distract themselves..

if it's not facebook, it'll be another internet site or something that doesn't have to do anything with the computer...

however, for someone who doesn't want to earn haram money, i think the time he spends on the internet should be made up at the end of his working day

I think any boss have the right to ban what he percieves a distraction to the employees.

As a boss you will not sit beside each employee to make sure that he/she only uses social websites during the break!
