as salaam alaikum wa rahmatullah
its me again;)
i like to mention a few things insha Allah
1st is about medicines of hiv/aids
i forget if its hadith or quran that is stated that Allah didnt put a cure for any illness in something haraam
alot of hiv/aids medicines are mostly made with pork and extremely high levels of alcohol
i was take this one medicine called kaletra when my tcell count become 45
yes 45 i was in hopsital for very hard lung infection
when im go home they start me on this kaletra and it was a gelcap pill i knew gelcap pills are made from pork and im call the makers of this pill and they say yes it is from animal but they dunno which animal
as we know the gelatin most times from pork as its the cheapest material to buy wholesale
and its make from boling the bones and hoofs of the animal
so i didnt wanna take pork so i talk to the dr he tell me he can change to liquid form i say ok until im wait 4 this change i was advised to take the pill so im ask imam and he say its ok u can do it so i did it and i become so sick i was again in hopsital because i couldnt stop from vomit that i was bleed in my lungs from the pressure of it it make me bleed inside
they had to put a tube in my throat so i breathe on machine and this was 4 take this medicine only the dr say it was rare side effect and im could have bleed inside to death
so after a few days alhamdullilah i get better and i was go home i was given the liquid form of this medicine
because u see alhamdullilah wa masha Allah la quwatta illah billah there is a test of dna they do now
and by ur dna they match by computer the best possible match of medicine to ur dna
so this can help insha Allah to lessen the amount of pills u takenand many other beautiful things Allah give from His Mercy
so when they give me the liquid form it was big bottle and when im read the label i nearly fainted
im used to have a family that was high in drinking and drugs so i know of this issues of alcohol
the medicine have 42.4% alcohol by volume subhan Allah i was in shock
and i know one shot of a whiskey is 80% alcohol by volume as is most liqour
and so this medicine i was to take it 2 x day
and so i was really with broken heart because im so scared 4 that because i know it can lead me astray Allahu alim
so again i ask imam and he say no no dont take it what is this medicine what si it 4 and when i tell him because im have aids he say astagfirullah ala atheem and i heard only the tone after may Allah forgive him
and i went to dr and show him and he was shocked he say wow thats alot i dont want u take this
but i say maybe i try it maybe it will help and i did and i again back in hospital but this time not because of illness in my body so much but because illness in my head
it make me feel like drunk person and i fell down the stairs and the police think im was a drunk lol
because i couldnt walk straight and i was tell them im muslim im not drink
but they give me blod test and found i have high level of alcohol in my blood and i was given ticket 4 court and im was have to embarass myself and show the officers that it was evidence for my case and then in public court room i had to speak with judge and the judge yell at the officer say why he didnt allow me private consult with him
and he apologize 4 the embarassment and violation of my privacy and threw the case
i say this because we get hit from all sides not just in one or two ways we are affected as is others all around
another thing i like say that the children are also suffer much more because there is no help for muslim children with hiv they feel they are alone and with no help so they be bad and turn to the life of the drugs and sex and say so what we gonna die anyways right?
alot of people with hiv/aids died and leave children behind who are now sit in foster homes and wait 4 adoption and stay in the system as ward of state until they become of legal age to sign them own self out and thats if they make it
i ask anyone who read this to support with ur time and money drives for the children in hospitals and in foster homes and wait 4 adoption
its not so bad when u go to hospital and visit these children and bring them a toy or a candy even a balloon and even sit down and rub their head and hold their hand or even sit quiet and watch cartoon in silence
im love to do this but because of my illness so bad im afraid to make them sick worse or me myself get sick more
so i can only send them delivery of balloons and coloring books and toys
but they send me back letters and cards and we love each other and wish each other support and not only 4 children but adults too many adults who are in wasting right now will love to have visit from someone other than a dr or nurse or med student or hospital staff
they will love to have visit from u even just to say hello do u need anything what i can do 4 u?
one day i did so and i meet a woman who had a child she not seen in many years and only know the name he was given by her husband
she only wished to contact him and just say a hello son be4 she is die
as i was too in sear4ch 4 family i search 4 her son and i find him within a few weeks and when i tell him anything i verify who he is all he say was fact from what his mom give me
when i tell him about his mother he say i want her now please where is she please he didnt live in ny but he get here within a few hours and he meet his mom and his mom having been near death when she she her son and they say sorry and forgive me and cry she became better and she regain strength
see its Allah who help us Allah test us
so im suggest these things to maybe insha Allah one of u who read this can adopt a person with this illness and others like it and show support if even its to just sit silent and count the beeps on the monitors together as contest
im do this be4 and i loved it and wish i can do it now
its so much we can do there is hadith
qudsi say
Allah ask this person why didnt u visit me when im sick and this person say ya Allah i dunno u was sick
and Allah reply had u visit so and so u will have found me there and its go on 4 one who is hungry too
its just off memory pardon 4 mistakes
