injured cases.
U.S.-made
Apache planes struck residential blocks in Al-Amal neighborhood and
Israeli surface to air missiles struck the Al-Kateeba area in Khan
Yunis, injuring at least 120 people.
Two
Palestinians were first killed in the early stages of the Israeli
incursion into Khan Yunis. The two were Rahma Hassan Ali Salama, 50 and

Abdeen, Jamal Barbakh, Ahmad Abdul Raouf Al Astal, Ayman Salah Saqr,
Mohamad Hassan Al Astal and an unidentified person.
Some
of those killed were Palestinian resistance fighters from various
factions, but IslamOnline’s correspondent said that among them were
two children, and only the lower half of one of the children was found.
Israeli
occupation forces entered several kilometers into Khan Yunis, south of
Gaza Strip, storming sever residential homes, amidst heavy gunfire with
dozens of tanks as well as an air cover of Apache helicopters with
air-to-surface missiles.
Resistance
was strong between armed Palestinians and occupation forces inside the
alleys and streets of Al Amal neighborhood and explosions could be heard
every once in a while, the correspondent said.
The
Israeli forces came out of the settlements of Gosh Kativ, adjacent to
Khan Younis, supported by missiles from the occupation stations inside
the settlements.
Khan
Younis mayor, Husni Zoreb, told IslamOnline on the phone that the
occupation forces attacked the northern parts of the city and blew up a
few homes and that there were at least 11 injured, with reports on two
killed.
Zoreb

house of Abu Al Khayr and that there were three injured people inside
the house.
He
added that the resistance fighters and residents faced the occupation
forces despite the difference in their capabilities and added that the
intensity of the gunfire has decreased.
In
response to the Israeli massacre, the Ezzedine Al Qassam Brigades, the
armed wing of Hamas, struck the southern part of Israel with three
Qassam III missiles.

to IslamOnline, a representative of the Brigades said that a group of
armed fighters struck Jewish areas at 5:45 am Jerusalem timing. The
strikes were extended to the south of the Gaza near the city of Beer
