Israeli Tank Fires at Primary School, Injures 8 Pupils
An Israeli tank opened fire Sunday, December 12, 2004, at a Palestinian primary school in Khan Yunis refugee camp, southern Gaza Strip, injuring eight pupils. The children, all under the age of seven, were wounded when a shell exploded in Tareq Bin Ziad primary school yard, penetrating a class room window. It was launched from inside the Jewish settlement of Naveh Dikalem.(Watch)
