Ask an Expert: Keeping Your Computer Safe and Secure

20/10/2003

Computers have become an integral and important part of our daily lives.  Most, if not all, of the details of our lives are now stored on computers.  Live financial and social transactions are even conducted through computers.  This has resulted in the appearance of unprecedented forms of invasion of our personal privacy.

Dr. David Tschanz met with IslamOnline.net visitors to answer their questions on how to keep their computers, and the information stored in them, safe and secure.

David W. Tschanz, Ph.D., is a Microsoft certified systems engineer, web developer and writer of computer-related articles. He is also a medical/military historian, an epidemiologist, an editor and a demographer. He will be answering your questions related to computers and computer networks.
