don't have to be rich to be happy. This recipe
almost costs nothing and will put a happy
smile on the face of hungriest kid. You can
add whatever ingredients you like in the fold
of a taco, a healthy snack which is offered in
maize or cornmeal in Northern Mexico. The
authentic Mexican taco should not be confusd
with the California taco which has added
ingredients.

Mix the cornmeal flour
,wheat flower, baking powder, salt,
shortening and warm water and knead into a
soft dough.

Roll out thin roti
(rounded bread )and cook over griddle, on
both sides.

When cool, deep fry the
roti to a light brown and bend them gently
to form a half folded round.
