| The whole purpose of hajj journey is to perform Hajj. We must therefore be physically and spiritually ready to undertake the Pilgrimage.
Emmy Abdul Alim speaks to Dr. Syed Raza Hussain, Medical Advisor Association of British Hujjaj about health and medical considerations in preparing for the Haj and Umra as well as what to expect when we get there. Dr Hussain stresses the need to get a routine checkup before going on the pilgrimage, ensuring you keep your medication in your hand luggage and your suitcase and carrying your prescription on you.
