29-year-old Hanadi graduated from Jaresh university law school

GAZA
CITY, October 5 (IslamOnline.net) – Hanadi Jaradat, the 29-year-old
Palestinian female lawyer who carried out Haifa operation on Saturday,
October 4, was avenging her brother Fady and cousin Saleh who were
gunned down by Israeli occupation forces in June, her sister told
IslamOnline.net.
"We
are proud of her; she restored our dignity and solaced our broken
hearts. Thank God, Fady's blood did not go unavenged," Fadya
said.
Ms.
Jaradat blew
herself up in the popular Maxim restaurant in the northern
port city of Haifa, killing 20 people, including herself.
"Hanadi
has very much changed since Fady won martyrdom…She started sitting
alone for long hours and pledged to avenge her brother and other
Palestinians killed by the Israeli occupation army," he sister
added.
She
said that Ms. Jaradat was singled out for her unprecedented courage,
feared nothing and had strong personality.
"But
she was at the same time sociable, lovable and notable for her
altruism," Fadya said in tears.
Ms.
Jaradat was born on September 22, 1975, in the West Bank city of
Jenin. She studied law in the Jordanian Jerash University and
graduated in 1999.

Memories
Fadya
said that the night before Hanadi's martyrdom they spent the night
talking about the upcoming wedding of a third sister.
"Our
father asked Hanadi to get some sleep but she told him she would first
finish her reading of the Qur'an," recalled the sister.
Ms.
Jaradat left her home at around 7:30 (5:30 GMT) on Saturday morning
and did not say good bye.
As
clocks ticked towards the bombing, the Israeli radio said that a
Palestinian female carried out the operation in the packed restaurant.
Hanadi
is the sixth female martyr since the start of Al-Aqsa Intifada in
September 2000.
Wafa
Edris kicked
off the female martyr operations on January 28, 2002 in West
Jerusalem. At least two people were killed, including herself, and
more than seventy people were injured.
Dareen
Abu Eisha blew herself up in an Israeli military checkpoint north of
the West Bank on February 27, 2002, leaving three Israeli soldiers
killed.
On
March 29, 2002, Ayat al-Akhras blew herself up in a popular market in
West Jerusalem, killing two Israelis and injuring dozens.
Andaleeb
Takata, from Bethlehem, carried out her operation on April 12, 2002,
killing six Israelis and injuring 85 others in occupied Jerusalem.
Heba
Azem Draghema, who was a student in Al-Quds Open University, detonated
her explosives belt in the Israeli coastal town of Netanya on May 19,
2002, killing three Israeli soldiers and injuring 56 others.
