GAZA
CITY, January 28 (IslamOnline) – Just few hours after Israeli
U.S.-made Apache helicopter gunships shelled a house in the Gaza Strip
district of Sheikh Radwan, killing one Hamas activist and two children,
Israeli troops on Tuesday, January 28, stormed the autonomous West Bank
town of Jenin, leaving four Palestinians killed.
Two
other Palestinians were killed in the Gaza Strip by Israeli gunfire
under the pretext that they tried to infiltrate into an Israeli
settlement.
In
Jenin, Israeli occupation troops shot dead, in cold blood, Rashad Bassam
Arabi, 22, who was standing right outside his home and Nidal
al-Kastouni, 18, who was trying to save Arabi.
The
Israeli occupation troops prevented ambulances from reaching to Arabi
and Kastouni, who breathed their last.
Resisting
the Israeli unbridled aggression, Youssef Saadi, an activist of the
Islamic Jihad movement and Mohammed Tubasi, an activist of Fatah's
Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, were also killed by Israeli gunfire.
The
Israeli occupation troops, in addition, opened fire at Jenin refugee
camp, leaving two Palestinian children and a cameraman working for
Agence France-Presse (AFP) wounded, said Palestinian security source.
In
the mean time, a spokeswoman for the Israeli occupation troops said two
Israeli border guards were wounded in a shoot-out with Palestinian
fighters in Jenin.
Earlier
on Tuesday, some 20 Israeli tanks and armoured vehicles stormed Jenin
and clamped a curfew on the town until further notice.
The
Israeli troops also raided a large number of Palestinian houses in the
eastern part of the town in search for Palestinian resistance fighters.
The
Israeli forces wreaked havoc on Palestinian houses and opened their fire
indiscriminately at Palestinian civilians.
The
Israeli troops met strong resistance from Palestinian resistance
fighters and there was a heavy exchange of fire.
Israeli
Troops Storm TulKarm
Israeli
occupation troop, meanwhile, stormed earlier on Tuesday the city of
Tulkarm, north of the West Bank, and imposed curfew on the whole city.
The
occupation forces claimed the measure aimed at preventing Palestinian
fedayees from carrying out attacks against Israeli targets to throw a
spanner in the Israeli elections.
Israeli
troops also stormed the West Bank city of Qalqilya on Monday, January
27, and abducted a number of Palestinians and wounded a Palestinian
child.

Israeli
occupation forces reduced Utul's house to rubble

For
his part, Abdul Aziz al-Rantisi, a Hamas prominent leader, pledged to
avenge the death of Mohammed al-Utul, a Hamas activist, and the two
children Mohammed and Sabreen Salama, who were killed Monday when
Israeli helicopter gunships reduced Utu's house to rubble, leaving nine
of his family wounded.
"Hamas
will strike hard in every place and city inside Israel," Rantisi
vowed.
Israeli
security sources claimed that the Israeli helicopters did not shelled
the house, alleging that it collapsed from the effect of explosives
which were being prepared by Hamas activists.
