Google is supposed to change its mind and consider net
control now that the US government has reduced its demands.
The government claimed that it needs to gather data to
protect its people or eventually protects itself in the
first place. The reason the Justice Department states is
that to act against pornography.
Will this supervision really be used to prevent access to
pornography? Will it really work to counteract online
pornography?
Or will this be followed by other attacks on personal
privacies?
