My theory is;

About the outcome of the current situation in Iraq.

Outcome #1:
If Saddam is removed (steps down etc...) and/or dissarmed 
and therefore santions lifted on Iraq, all with no military 
action by the US.  
Then  -- George Bush = Foreign Policy genius.

Outcome #2:
If Saddam is removed or dissarmed by using the US military 
without the UN's backing or the support of the majority of 
the world community.  
Then -- George Bush = Foreign Policy moron.

Anything that is a mixture or the middle of these two 
outcomes is average performance.

That's what I'm thinking... what do you think?
