Former US vice-president Al Gore, is presenting his 
documentary "An Inconvenient Truth" at the Cannes Film 
Festival about global warming and the world environmental 
crisis .
Can you believe this from a vice president of a country 
that refuses to sign on Kyoto Treaty? Not to speak about 
its contributions to global warming and other environmental 
problems.
Do you think it might be an innovative way of raising 
people awareness to environmental issues? Do you think it 
is going to work?
I don't think people need to be convinced by the dangers of 
global warming, if anyone is to be addressed , it should be 
the governments.
I know that many people will say that international 
organizations and some NGOs did a lot and can do more, my 
question now is: can they give something more than warnings 
every now and then that there is endangered species?
Do they have the authority or the power to change?
