Inadequate diets and too little physical activity
contribute a great deal to many of the chronic diseases
present today.

Many people blame diseases and disorders, such as obesity
on the food industry and fast food outlets. Some people
have also advocated to pressure chocolate companies to
stop producing ‘super-sized’ chocolate bars, which they
believe encourages people to over eat. The same goes for
over-sized bags of chips, super big candies etc…

Of course the companies justify these sizes because, they
say, over-sized portions are not meant for one person.
They are meant to be shared. Our lack of appreciation for
sharing seems to be the problem.

But seriously, come to think of it, what does make us over-
eat? The changes in the food market, too much computer, TV
or not doing anything at all?

So, are you for super size? :)

For the combo meals, jumbo sandwiches, extra big chocolate
bars…and the 30% extra in the bag of potato chips? :) Is
the problem in our lifestyle or the style being imposed on
us? ; )
