I noticed in the press recently an increasing wave of 
arguments towards a one-state solution for the conflict in 
the Middle East. Many now argue that, due to the actions of 
the Israeli government, and with the pressure the 
separation wall is creating on the Palestinians and how it 
separates them from their schools, farms and jobs, the two-
state solution is no longer viable. In fact, it has become 
impossible. But I'm not sure how a one state shared by two 
hating people can ever be established. Would the Israelis 
even consider an option such as that? I seriously doubt it.
