I'm curious as to what other people thought of the
Presidents speech last night....the one thing that stands
out in my mind is his assertion that we succeeded in
removing Saddam as a threat....I think he basically said
we've been successful in making it so that Saddam doesn't
have the resources/money to finance terror.....am I the
only one who shook her/his head at this? I mean as far as I
know we didn't get Saddam....and who will he seek refuge
with....I'm guessing terrorist organizations....isn't it
"easier" to pass money "in the dark" to others underground
then it is to pass money to people underground while you're
in the spotlight? I was just amazed at this assertion - was
it just me?
