What can you conclude from such a statement?

Analysis:
The translation is absolutely false; please refer to the
Arabic version…. The question, where is the proof???

Next, Powell shows photos:

as if he was there, and then says, “that the Iraqis are
loading things”

Again, a black and white photo with small square building
that can be anything, yet Powell, says, “we don’t know what
they were hiding”. Then he says, “they knew that the
inspectors were coming so the started moving something
out”.
Analysis:
Is this a joke or what?? He continues to say, you don’t
know what they were hiding? Mr. Powell, you are here to
provide proof, not questions…

Powell continues to provide many stories, and brags about
his evidence, which I don’t even think we have seen yet.
Also Powell shows the UN members a statement of the UN
statement over resolution 1441 and then continues to insult
UN for not being able to pressure Iraq to obey by it’s
resolutions. (No evidence provided)
Again, Powell provided a lecture to UN on statistics of
possibilities of having mass-destruction weapons and what
it can do to harm. Also Powell provided some history lesson
to UN about some incidents, which have taken place some
many years back. (No evidence provided)
Powell says, Iraq has moving factories of mass-destructions
and includes sketches showing tubes and vehicles, which he
(Powell) believes that were used to manufacture mass-
destructions and biological weapons. (No evidence provided)
Again, Powell showed old movie for 3 seconds (Not possible
to see) showing a fighter jet lowering down and smoke
coming out. (No evidence provided)
Powell then says, factories are switched from making mass-
destruction weapons to being used by people to work
regularly on manufacturing other products. (No evidence
provided)
The rest of Powell evidence didn’t really contain much, in
fact, evidence presented made everybody in more doubts
about US allegations against Iraq.
Please note that America didn’t wait for UN to get
permissions to attack Iraq, America is already attacking
Iraq.
