In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
I am an African-American who converted to Islam 10 years
ago. I was educated at the University of Texas - Austin
and I am well versed in American history and politics.
After living and working in America my entire life, I have
begun to understand the politics of war and the role that
America has played.
Many Americans will argue that war is our only solution
to "eradicating terrorism." However, I disagree with this
position. Before I start, I would like to tell Muslims
living in America and around the world (especially our
leaders), "stop apologizing for what has happened in
Washington, Pennsylvania and New York." As Muslims, we
have no control over the barbaric acts of these
terrorists. Additionally, we should not be so quick to
condemn the Taliban, since the U.S. government has failed
to present a shread of evidence (either to the Muslim
leaders in the U.S or those around the world) to link them
to the terrorists acts. Any evidence presented so far has
been kept secret for a reason -- because it does not
exsist. Even if does, I am sure the FBI, NSA and other
governmental organizations have crafted ways of fabricating
evidence. We all know, the FBI, has in its past fabricated
evidence. Pakistan and other Muslim nations were only
looking out in their best interest when they agreed that
such evidence exsisted (or more likely were threatned with
war and sanctions if they refused to cooperate with the
United States)--even if they did not support or sponsor
terrorism. Muslims should remember, the Qur'an clearly
states, bearing false witness against any person or group
of people is a very serious sin (just as serious as back-
biting).
America and England are only looking for an excuse to kill
innocent civilians for both political and economic
reasons. As we examine the history of England, they were
defeated by Afghanistan and were kicked out of the Middle
East as well other parts of the world. They are now
confined to their tiny little island. England has
committed countless acts of Genocide throughout the world
and have also been responsible for the destruction of many
economies. I have read stories about how British soldiers
broke into homes of religious leaders in India and raped
their women and daughters. I have also read stories, which
described trains leaving with gold bars stacked to the roof
of the box cars. England is not alone in their barbaric
acts. The American government has a long history of
committing acts of Genocide and State Sponsored Terrorism.
They started by murdering and eradicating the American
Indians. When American Indians resisted, they introduced
liquor and gambeling into their society to eradicate them.
Now the American government wants to eradicate Islam from
the globe (which will never happen). When Muslims were not
dying fast enough, the American government intorduced
liquor and gambeling in the Middle East (just as they did
with the American Indians). They continue to support state
sponsored terrorism in the Middle East, by providing
weapons and giving Ariel Sharon the green light to murder,
rape and torture Palestinians. The purpose of this so-
called war on terrorism has an additional purpose:
economics. America and Great Britain want to establish a
puppet regime for a reason, so they can strip Afghanistan
of all its oil reserves. Additionally, both have been
fighting to establish an oil pipeline which will run
through Afghanistan. I am certain that Putin is more than
happy to provide his support, and at the same time, send
his Russian soldiers to rape the women and children of
Chechnya, while President Bush looks the other way.
Many would argue, if you think American is so bad--why
don't you just leave. I will not leave for one reason--I
belive Allah (s.w.t) has brought me to Islam for one
reason, and that is to propogate Islam in America. I have
now made it my mission in life to convert as many people I
know to Islam. I have started with my family and will not
be satisfied until I make every African American a Muslim
in this country.
Finally, I would like to advise patience to my fellow
Muslims. The Qur'an clearly gives examples of great
nations that have collapsed due to their total disregard
for the laws that Allah (s.w.t.) has established. Many of
these nations (like Egypt and Rome) were great military
super powers and look at them now.
May Allah (s.w.t.) have mercy on my brothers and sisters of
Islam who have died (and will die) in Afghanistan, and the
rest of the world, and may Allah (s.w.t.) give the power to
the Muslims to defeat our oppressors. |
